Refund policy
We want you to feel good about your order. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and help make it right.
For standard LURE Wellness products, unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, with packaging included when applicable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
For safety and hygiene reasons, used pet products, opened grooming items, worn clothing, used bedding, and items with pet hair, odor, stains, chew marks, or damage cannot be returned.
Fresh Start Finds items are second-chance, inspected, open-box, or limited-quantity items. These items are sold as-is with honest condition notes and real photos. All Fresh Start Finds sales are final unless the item was clearly misrepresented or arrived damaged.
Wellness Boxes and kits may only be returned if all items are unused, unopened, and included in the original return. Partial kit returns are not accepted.
To start a return, contact us at support@lurewellness.org with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
