LURE Wellness sells pet comfort items, enrichment tools, wellness boxes, training accessories, human grounding tools, and inspected second-chance products through Fresh Start Finds.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, including your name, shipping address, email address, and payment details. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or misdelivered orders caused by incorrect customer information.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices, product availability, and promotions may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders, limit quantities, or refuse service when needed.
LURE Wellness products are intended for general pet comfort, enrichment, routine support, and human grounding. They are not medical products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, behavioral, or mental health condition. Always supervise pets when using toys, enrichment tools, bedding, accessories, or wearable items. Remove any product if it becomes damaged, unsafe, chewed, torn, or worn.
Fresh Start Finds products are inspected second-chance, open-box, limited-quantity, or discounted items. These items are sold as-is with honest condition notes and real photos when available. Fresh Start Finds sales are final unless the item was clearly misrepresented or arrived damaged.
We do our best to display product colors, sizes, descriptions, and images accurately, but slight differences may occur due to lighting, screens, product batches, or item condition.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. LURE Wellness is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect addresses, or package theft after delivery confirmation. Customers are responsible for reviewing shipping details before checkout.
Local delivery may be available in select Katy-area ZIP codes. Adoption center meetup requests may be available after 9 AM by request only and must be confirmed by LURE Wellness before they are considered approved.
By using this site, you agree not to misuse the website, copy our content without permission, interfere with store functionality, submit false information, or use our products in unsafe ways.
