Shipping policy
LURE Wellness currently ships within the United States.
Ready-to-ship items usually ship within 2 to 3 business days after the order is placed. Preorder items, custom items, wellness boxes, and Fresh Start Finds may require additional processing time when noted in the product description.
Standard shipping is available for orders under $65.
Free shipping is available on orders of $65 or more.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or high-volume shipping periods.
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, LURE Wellness is not responsible for delays, lost packages, theft after delivery confirmation, or packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lurewellness.org with your order number and photos of the packaging and item.
Local delivery may be available in select Katy-area ZIP codes for a local delivery fee. If you are adopting a dog locally, you may request an adoption center meetup after 9 AM by leaving a note at checkout or contacting us before placing your order. Meetup requests must be confirmed by LURE Wellness before they are approved.
Fresh Start Finds items are inspected, non-consumable, second-chance products. Condition notes will be included in the listing when applicable.
